Special Notes & Exceptions

  • Beachwear must have the protective hygiene liner intact.

  • White and off-white items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Final Sale items, gift cards, promotional items, and custom/personalized products are non-returnable.

  • Orders returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@citrus55.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. You must ship the item within 7 business days of return approval.

  4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  5. Processing may take up to 15 business days after we receive your item.

 

Examples of Non-Returnable Situations

  • “Can I return a white bikini that didn’t fit?”
    ➤ No. Due to hygiene and quality standards, white and off-white items are final sale.

  • “I bought an item on Final Sale. Can I exchange it?”
    ➤ No. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • “Can I return an item I wore once for a few hours?”
    ➤ No. Items must be unworn and in new condition.

 

Exchanges

  • To request an exchange, contact us at support@citrus55.com

  • If approved, we will issue a Gift Card (minus any restocking fees) so you can reorder the desired item/size.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, or as a store credit (Gift Card) if preferred.

  • Please allow up to 15 business days for full processing.

 

Wholesale Orders (Reseller Sales)

Citrus 55 values long-term partnerships with our resellers and aims to offer a transparent and fair wholesale policy.


Standard Policy

  • All wholesale orders are final sale.

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

 

Manufacturing Defect Exceptions

  • Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Requests must include photo evidence and a detailed description

  • Once approved, a replacement or credit will be issued at our discretion.

 

Special Consideration – Collection Satisfaction

To support our trusted wholesale partners, Citrus 55 may offer store credit in specific cases where:

  • The reseller expresses justified dissatisfaction with a newly launched collection

  • The request is made within 15 days of delivery

  • Items are unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging

  • The reseller agrees to cover all return shipping costs

If approved:

  • A store credit will be issued for the value of the returned items

  • The credit will be valid for 30 days from the issue date

  • This option is not available for final sale, discounted, or promotional items

Citrus 55 reserves the right to approve or deny any return or credit request at its discretion.
